We're a married couple of Bulgarian-born artists, currently residing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We're professionally trained and specialized in different art media, but we have some collaborative art collections, as well. We're enjoying to work together and combine our artistic talent to create unique and distinct artwork. We've called our collaborative project Canvas on Clay. The artwork we've created consists of fragments of Miro's paintings, printed on canvas and placed on top of ceramic panels with different unique designs, created by Maria.

In 1989 the Berlin Wall fell down and our son was born. The Cold War was over! The world became finally open for us to explore. The adventure spirit led us to Albuquerque, New Mexico where Miro was accepted to specialize in fine art lithography printmaking at the Tamarind Institute at the University of New Mexico.

Now, many years later, since the first time we came to the "Land of Enchantment", we are enjoying to be part of the large community of artists in Santa Fe.
